I could offer a few links to what can be done, here is a very durable fix for those factory 'bearings'. At the time your was manufactured, Logitech used the same assembly for pedals on all of their products as far as I know. As long as it is not due to a foreign object being jammed in the hinge/base/brake pedal, if the pedals have miles on them you are experiencing a common problem with many, many aged Logitech pedals.
